- You have a library of assets already available
- No searching, no buying. Just pick from the library.
- Assets include non-player characters (NPCs).
- You can put people in your scenario.

- Many scenarios will require emergency vehicles
- And they may need to carry several people.
- Prefab scenarios can be rezed again as needed for reuse
