  • Negative self-talk about ourselves
  • Negative self talk about others and/or situations
  • Negative future fantasizing (aka worry or fear about the future)

Use your head! They always tell you that. They never tell you how

Make a list of the strengths you have that could counter one or some of those faults you keep complaining about.
  • Remember: 
  • Faults don't fix things.
  • Strengths fix things.

Negative self talk about others and/or situations
Pick one of those problems you keep complaining about and start planning how to fix it

Negative future fantasizing (aka worry or fear about the future)
Pick one of those potential disasters and start planning on what you will do if it happens. Start preparing what you will need to carry out your plan.
