2017 WW: EDU: Demo web-world for education and presentations

Demo web-world for education and presentations
A hypertext presentation setup is displayed in my nonprofit web-world.  It is a web-walk, a little like power-point, but instead of bullet points, I use web pages arranged as a walkway.  As a presentation, I would walk along and offer integrating comments about each panel.  People can click on a panel and read the detail.  I don't have to talk much and that leaves more time for questions.

  • The presentation offers instruction on how to build a web-world in Cybalounge.
  • It is incomplete, but can show how to offer instruction in a web-world.
  • There is also enough for preliminary development of a custom web-world.

    Make your own web posters

    Use cases

    • Nonprofits and public service organizations: tell your story in a web-walk.
    • Educators: The posters are the text book, the walk is your lecture.
    • Presenters:  The posters are your slides, the walk is your presentation.
    • Marketers:  You don't have to use slides.  Use models of what you are marketing.

                  1. I am currently typing this comment in Selby's web-world just so I can know how this stuff actually works. Anyways, I'm typing on his.....hmmmm...what do we call these fricken boards? I'll just type that I'm typing on one of Selby's BLOG boards. :) :) :) yea, that's the ticket, a board that has a blog on it is a blog board, and a board that has a vid on it is called a video board, and a board that has liver on it is a liver board...I dont like liver. :)
