  • The VWF is friendly to commercial interests.

Themed venues

Themed venues under development

  • HG events: Help to find them, to present them, to promote them, to support them.
  • HG grids:  Help to find them, to visit them, to choose one for a base.
  • HG Communities: Help people find and visit communities they are interested in.

Expected operation plans

  • I am putting my own opinions here.
  • The plans may change when the VWF operating group takes control of development.

Metaverse events, recent and upcoming

Objective of the HG Kiosk

Provide ways to find and choose VWF venues

  • On the web: This blog will post the promo and addresses
  • IMA will post the same things.  I hope others will also link or repost.
  • On the grids: A full perm VWF Kiosk will be provided and updated as needed.
  • We hope the VWF Kiosk will be hosted in many places.

VWF Kiosk plan, content development

Exhibitors design, build and maintain their own exhibits

  • The existing OSCC venues are the initial part of the VWF.
  • The extension to themed venues will get content in the same way.
  • The themed venues will provide parcels with build powers.
  • Differences
  • Parcels will be available to qualified exhibitors at no cost.
  • Parcels will be small and close together to give compact view and access.
  • Kiosks may be in several places if they fit more than one aspect of visitor interest.
  • Commercial interests are welcome.
  • Kiosks may offer addresses, landmarks, and teleports to their places.
  • A model kiosk will be available to suggest content and provide scripts.

VWF venue kiosks

  • Objective: Help people find and select a VWF venue that interests them.
  • To be prepared by VWF operating group.
  • To be distributed widely on VWF grounds and elsewhere.
  • Kiosks may offer landmarks, notecards, web-senders, and web pages on MOAP.
  • Note: Must give landmarks themselves.
  • Embedded landmarks can only be recovered on the grid where they were embedded.
  • Destination board: panel with teleport links to VWF Venues.
  • Destination promo: Notecards and web senders with info about the venues.
  • VWF will provide scripts if needed.
