What you need to know when you sell land

You can offer a parcel of land for sale at a specific price in the About land window.  Whether someone will buy it at that price is an economic issue.

You can offer land for sale to a specific person. In that case, you may want to sell the land at a low or negligible price.

Caution.  Be careful about setting a low price.  First be sure that you have set the land to sell only to the person you want to sell it to.  Only then is it safe to set the low price.  If you set the low price before you set the sell to person, something may buy it in seconds.  There are land bots that do just that.   All sales are final.

If you have objects on the land, gather them into your inventory before you sell.   Otherwise, they may be returned to you too fast (causing you to lose some) or they may be returned as a coalesced object.  That will be hard to find and take a lot of prim allocation to rez.
