How to change outfits
Appearance 101. Outfits and avatars
That was easy!  Be sure you remember how to save your outfit under a name you remember. Then, when you go to the steps below and change your appearance, you will be able to recover the appearance you had before you started trying to improve it.

End of the easy stuff. Now for the hard stuff.  This is hard because there are lots of things you can do.  Anything you want to do, you have to learn how to do it.  (One of life's inconveniences)

Editing shape
Aspects of your avatar body
-
What are aspects?   Whatever you find listed in Editing Shape window.  I won't write about the details here.  You won't learn how to do this by reading.  You learn to do things by doing them.  Don't ask me how that applies to education.
-
Editing your appearance is also a lesson in frustration tolerance.  Or imperfection-ism.    You will not get perfect results.  So keep in mind the thinkerer slogan:
-
If you are perfect on the first try, you have nowhere to go but down.
