A holodeck was used to rez the panels you see behind me.  The holodeck can rez many scenes, one at a time.  That gives the build a much greater capacity, because the scenes are only there when someone wants to see them.

The holodeck was damaged by a sim crash and there was not enough time to repair the damage immediately. The holodeck has been removed for the present.
