What is a library in a virtual world? Perhaps a place to help people find information on the internet. Or to find communities where they can get information. Or perhaps to find out how they can learn on their own. Metaverse Libraries group is organizing to explore the possibilities.
The Virtual Community Resources Network
Purpose of Metaverse Libraries
- To connect virtual world communities for learning (librarians, educators and students- example VCARA and other groups)
- To explore what a virtual world library is or what it could be.in 5/10 years.
