The letter points out problems with Section 2.3 of the TOS, particularly this phrase:

"you agree to grant to Linden Lab, the non-exclusive, unrestricted, unconditional, unlimited, worldwide, irrevocable, perpetual, and cost-free right"

and with this phrase:

"for any purpose whatsoever in all formats"
