My customization.  Yours may differ.

• Left and right menu bars blank.  
• But you could put buttons in both if you want
• Selected buttons on bottom for 1-click access.
• Icons leave enough space for many buttons.
• Hover text will tell you the name if you forget
• To get hidden buttons, right click on any button and select Toolbar buttons
