2019 EDU: Leadership is sharing--Matt Harris, Ed.D.

Leadership is sharing--
Matt Harris, Ed.D.
To lead you must be visible.  You only lead people who hear from you.

As part of the Tenets of Educational Technology Leadership series, I talk about the need for Sharing. EdTech is a field built on collaboration and shared practice. Effective leaders must continue that effort by sharing their work, inviting others to their schools, and using social media to talk about the great things they do.
