As of 11:30 am SLT Jan. 11, the sim was down for repairs. I hear from the manager that it will be up soon --Selby
ReplyDeleteI actually visited Bailey some time during the fall. The car conked out and I just kept up walking. I was warmly dressed. I did not mind securing the barn. I did not mind rescuing the first relative. By the time I found the second one, I was starting to get angry. By the time I found the third one without heat or stranded or carbon monoxide poisoned, I was ready to explode. I remember running down the road to the surprise party no longer in any mood for a celebration.
ReplyDeleteI opened up the door with the code. I busted into the tacky social hall and then I let loose at all the relatives having a good time. Somehow Think Alittle and Dfox Spittler inadvertently created a scenario that stars the world's most dysfunctional family. They had nearly let two or three of their elderly relatives die and left me to do all the dirty work of rescuing them. After laying down the law in no uncertain terms in chat, I got out the strongest drink I had in my inventory and drowned my sorrows.
I still remember the feeling of rage the Bailey snow game provoked. My throat burned like leather. My cheeks were hot. I can hear my avie screaming as I write these words. Ironically, this is the only game in SL I've ever won.
The sim is up and running now.
