Answer:  Look at the text retyped in Courier

  • grid.kitely.com:8002:Cookie II
  • grid.kitely.com:8002:Cookie ll
  • The first example was in Arial.  
  • Arial capital I and Arial number 1 are indistinguishable.
  • But obviously different in Courier

Take away advice:

  • If a HG address does not work, check for font and unicode problems.
  • Don't use Roman numerals in naming things you may want to search for later.
