• But how do blogs and web pages link to you?

• You profile has a web address like this
• The simplest way to get it is in MySL
• MySL, Communication, friends, followers and followees 2012

You can set a live link to it

• Just copy the url from the address bar of your profile
• paste it into a web link just as with any other url
• Or give it out directly for the reader to paste into a browser

People can send inworld IMs or private messages

• User instructions: With the profile open, click the envelope.  Chose an option:
• IM option: Will automatically try to open your viewer. You can then send an IM and start a conversation if the person is online.  
• Private message option: Does not need the Second Life Viewer, can be send by anything that runs a browser.  Just click and follow instructions to enter your message.

You can reply to either of these.
