2016 ART: Depression: LEA23 Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitor by Frankx Lefavre

Depression: LEA23 Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitor
by Frankx Lefavre
Seratonin reuptake inhibitor is the standard treatment for depression and some other mental problems.  This build arises out of a bout with depression experienced by the artist. and appears to be the artist's effort to depict his experiences in that depression.

“Serotonin reuptake inhibitors are the primary drug used to treat anxiety, depression and panic attacks. Last December, I was given a LEA grant for 2016. By January, I was suffering major attacks of anxiety and panic leading to depression. This is the resultant build,” Frankx says candidly of the piece.

Regrettably, this art work will only last until this session of Linden Endowment for the Arts ends.  Unless the artist rebuilds it in OpenSim, where he can store the build on his own computer.
