OpenSim Treasure Hunt.  Hunt across the Hypergrid. 
Jan 31 to March 1.  An HGProject 
A treasure hunt as wide at the Hypergrid!   Just the thing to give reason to explore the Hypergrid.  Grids and regions that participate get extra visibility and traffic.  They can give gifts with landmarks and promotional content.  Users can pick up useful gifts and can discover new HG places.  This could be a lasting institution on the HG.

Cavatina Short Poetry Workshop-Tue 1/26, 7pm SLT 

This week the Short Poetry Workshop presents the Cavatina, which is an Italian form dating back to the 14th century. The form has alternating rhyming and non-rhyming lines of 10 and 4 syllables. So join us at the Short Poetry Library to learn, write and share your Cavatina.

                The Hypergrid WIP is a one hour "show & tell" of works in progress or recently completed. All builders from beginner to pro are invited.  Presentations are in voice and text.  For text presentations, best bring the text in a notecard and paste it into chat.  Voice presentations may be captured in video.  Stills and videos from the show may appear in this blog and elsewhere.

                    There is still time to join the OpenSim Treasure Hunt if you want to. If your grid needs a Treasure Hunt Stand go to Hyperica Grid to kick one up. If you just want the kit so you can place the hunt item out so people will come looking for it and visit your region, you can also go to Hyperica Grid or the many on the list and click on it to get one. website information: http://tanglegrid.net/treasure-hunters/.
