2015 HELP: BIZ: Backup. How well is Kitely protecting our data?

How well is Kitely protecting our data?
Recent problems with backup loss led me to check into the backup safety of data on Kitely.   I have heard of several cases of serious data loss with RAID discs,  so they are clearly inadequate protection.  No one method, no one location, no one machine is adequate.  Redundant storage is the only way to reduce the probability of failure and data loss to levels I could accept.

Kitely is a business and one of the business-like things I expected it to do is to have reliable, redundant,  procedures for off-site backup.  They do.

I asked CEO Ilan Tochner about this.  Here is his response

Our data is stored in Amazon S3 which automatically copies that data to multiple Amazon data centers. In addition, we make daily backups and store them using different security credentials so that a website hacker wouldn't be able to delete all our data even if he or she got full access to our system.
I am satisfied that our data has adequate backup protection.

How to handle a Hypergrid address

From any Hypergrid-enabled grid, paste the address into the address bar of Firestorm and press enter. Or paste it into the world map search bar of any viewer, search, and click Teleport when the destination is found. If it doesn't work, don't give up. Try again in couple of minutes.  Sometimes the first try fails (probably times out).  And try again a few hours later. Some hypergrid destinations are offline part of the day.
If you get an address like this:
paste it into the address bar of Firestorm, see if it takes you to the exact coordinates.
