TO APPLY FOR THE 2015 AWARDS

To be considered for this award program, please fill out the application before the February 25, 2015 deadline, using the link below. We are looking to offer our expertise and services in 2015 working with organizations that:
  • Have an uplifting vision of a better world
  • Are actively engaged in a transformative mission
  • Want to share their successes more broadly through a multi-day educational program
  • Know what topics they would focus on and which presenters they would invite
  • Can commit the time to manage the publicity and marketing for their conference (while we take care of the design and technology).
Applications are being accepted now through February 25, 2015. We're looking forward to learning about your work!

Backstory

For over a decade, iCohere has been helping nonprofit organizations and government agencies advance their missions through multi-day virtual conferences. Due to budget and staff limitations, smaller nonprofit service organizations often have not been able to provide their volunteers and public audiences with the benefits of a major virtual event. For this reason, in 2014 iCohere launched the Serving Those Who Serve Others grant program. Each year, the program provides pro-bono virtual conferences to two nonprofit service organizations, enabling these organizations to reach expanded national and global audiences.
In a collaborative process with iCohere , the selected organizations develop the content and handle the publicity and marketing of these multi-day events and iCohere provides the design and technology.

How to handle a Hypergrid address

From any Hypergrid-enabled grid, paste the address into the address bar of Firestorm and press enter. Or paste it into the world map search bar of any viewer, search, and click Teleport when the destination is found. If it doesn't work, don't give up. Try again in couple of minutes.  Sometimes the first try fails (probably times out).  And try again a few hours later. Some hypergrid destinations are offline part of the day.
