• Each keyword has a list of relevant FAQ items,
• If the search query contains a keyword, these FAQ items are given in response.

Bot brain

• A bot must handle typed questions.
• To handle typed questions, the query is scanned to find keywords and ignore everything else.
• DTA: imagining an entrance chatbot for a 3D website or a 3D grid. The chatbot uses the FAQ. Draft plan

• Since each keyword has a list of items, the items can be ordered to fit the keyword.

Improvement with experience

• Every unanswered query (no keyword) is recorded.
• These can be reviewed to improve performance by adding keywords.
