Multi-stage design for a series of performances.

Musical performances in the metaverse bring people together.

The main dance area
- The main dance area is a square with stages on each area.
- The design uses 4 simulators
- A simulator here is software running on a server.
- Each simulator creates a square piece of land.
- The dance floor is formed by putting the server squares together.
- The 4 corners come together at the center of the dance floor.
- Each stage is on a separate server.
- Each server can handle about 80 avatars,
- so the stage can handle about 320 avatars.
- The audience will usually gather in front of the active stage.
- But they don't have to.
- The audience can hear from anywhere on the stage.
- All 4 quadrants of the dance area get the same stream.
- When a new performance starts on a different stage,
- People will hear it from where they are.
- So they can walk over to the active stage when they feel like it.
- Just walk, no teleport.
- If you ask your audience to TP elsewhere, you will lose some of them.

Collaboration in the digital worlds
The next killer app is people working together across distance, national boundaries, cultural divides, and quarantines. Here we present an example of that collaboration and a product. Digital places are places where people can work together and bypass those things that keep them apart.
Valibrarian introduces the tour

- This library is a collaboration between the Community Virtual Library and Octagon: Creative Exploration.
- Mission: Find, connect, and support composers and performers in Second Life and to catalog, display, and document/preserve their original music in varying formats.
Goals
- 1. Find and connect composers in SL & display/catalog their music.
- 2. Encourage performers who give concerts in SL to submit concert recordings for display and sharing at the library.
- 3. Display and share scores for SL pianists, etc. that might be interested in playing the pieces.
- 4. Display and share books about music, famous composers, singers, etc. for people interested.
- 5. Host periodic garden performances (stream in chamber music and have animated figures playing or have singers, dancers, etc.)

For a more complete experience, people can go into a full 3D virtual world. At about 9:20 the video source shifts from a web-world in a browser to a full virtual world in OpenSimulator running in its own viewer. Buildings and contents have been imported from OpenSimulator to the web-world.
Supporting the Arts and Art Education through immersive and interactive 3D Websites and Virtual World Environments. 3D Websites can be embedded into your website and include social connection options or a simple solo 3D experience.

Successful demo of streaming a performance into a web-world as well as OpenSim. James Olmos, a regular at the Warehouse on the OpenSim.life grid, performed there and at the (duplicate) warehouse in 3DWebworldz. Local chat was shared between the 2 sites. Web-worlds are connecting to OpenSim,

Plan for event promotion at the Event Venue of the Virtual Worlds Fair. Performers, agents, venues, event managers and outfitters are invited to place kiosks promoting their offerings. Instructions are given as to how to get authority to place the kiosk and where.
