Your first answer will probably not be concrete. It may have value terms like
- bad
- annoying
- unreasonable
- Why do you call it bad or whatever?
- What change do you want to see?
- What could you (not they) do to get that change?
- How will you know when you are finished?
If you wonder whether these questions will help you, try them on the next person who complains about a problem. Be sure to stay out of reach. Lots of people who complain about problems are more interested in sympathy than solutions.
