Beta test.  This calendar is a test to develop a way of posting Google calendars for use with the Browser-on-Prim (BOP) technology available in Viewer 3.2, Firestorm and other viewers.  The BOP technology is available in Second Life and some other grids.

This blog is already using Google calendar inserts in some of the daily schedule postings.  There the inserts are included at the day and time when the information is likely to be relevant.  The BOP technology allows displaying part of a web page as a poster.  We intent to design a blog page to work as calendar poster showing a Google calendar   We will also provide (free) scripted posters that can be used to display the blog page.  (Contact Thinkerer Melville in Second Life if you want a free scripted poster, full perm.)

As a next step, we expect to set up combined calendars showing the schedules for some class of events from several sources.
